Tmobile iPhone hotspot keeps dropping

My tmobile iPhone 5 keeps dropping the mobile hotspot connection. I use my mobile hotspot on my phone to give my tablet and people's devices that need faster connection access to tmobile network. It's will connect and work and show me how many devices are connected, but sometimes it decides...
