Hi, My bro-in-law has a BELL prepaid account with a 416 #. He no longer needs the account, but wants to keep his number. He wants to give the prepaid plan to his brother. It doesn't really matter what the new number is as long as the plan stays in tact. So what's the best way to do it,...
