S4 was originally locked to Bell. Got it unlocked and AWS-enabled. Still on OS 4.3. Phone have been used with Telus, Wind, and Roam Mobility with no issues whatsoever. Decided to pop a Bell SIM in earlier on today. No issue making calls. No APN created so I configured APN by following...
