Anyone know exactly how to interpret this thing? It's my first month so it's a bit cryptic. Seems to update fairly irregularly (like 2 days late) and has odd stuff in the "breakdown" Because of where I live, I'm on the turbo hub plan "Turbo Hub Flex 15GB" where you get 3GB included and then...
