Sync problems between iPhone and Outlook (MS Exchange) Hi all, I have a problem with my iPhone. I have an MS Exchange e-mail account setup on it and whenever I get an e-mail it goes on both the phone and Outlook however when I delete something from Outlook it does not do the same on the iPhone....
