Based on this Picture from bell.ca where Bell Claims that they are a Better Network. One of things shown in the comparison are the LTE Sites, based on that it seems like Telus has access to 2600Mhz LTE, if Telus didn't have access to 2600Mhz LTE, Bell would have most certainly used it in there...
