1) Wi-Fi Knowledge in a vendor agnostic fashion (e.g. CWNA, CWNP, CWNE education or equivalent). They cannot be married to implementing a specific vendor (e.g. Cisco, Aruba). You will want to see more than 2 Wi-Fi vendors listed on the resume.
