So I have been hearing rumours from a few Rogers sales reps that Rogers and Sasktel might have some sort of roaming agreement in the works. Seems highly suspect to me but it does appear Saskatchewan is the forsaken land for Rogers these days. It appears that would be the only thing putting Rogers...
