iPhone Visual Voice Mail on prepaid service?

Is visual voicemail available on prepaid at all? I have heard it is available for activation on TMO, but you're on your own as far as configurations are concerned. I'm looking for solid input, no speculation please! Anyone with any personal experience with this?:lolup:
