Hi there I'm going on vacation next week and am on Wind, but the place I'm going to doesn't have Wind Coverage (Quebec City). I was thinking of getting a bell sim card and activating it with a 30 day tablet data pass for my GNex (don't really need voice/text). Is there an activation fee? Or...
