I bought an iPhone 4 which is not blacklisted and imei can be unlocked by Bell for $50. It is a good unlocking candidate. I'm visiting the UK and Spain. We have an old 3S on Bell for many years and subscribe to their internet service. Companies offering unlock service are charging $65 US and above...
