I'm currently a Rogers customer. I'm moving to New York. I'd like to keep my 403 number and park it at a provider that forwards incoming *texts* and calls to my new cell number in NY. Does anyone know how to do this? I asked Fido and they want to charge $15/month to do it. Thanks!
