So I was perusing Industry Canada's site and noticed that in vast swaths of Northern ON, TbayTel/Rogers control all of the CLR (850MHz) spectrum while Bell has been building their network almost solely with PCS. This has created an interesting situation in some areas in that they have 700MHz LTE...
