I have my wife's mint iPhone 4s which is locked to Bell. We are on Koodo and Fido now. She never wanted to update it to new os so it's still running 6.1 Its super fluid and fast with this iOS. I have two questions, Is it worth paying $50 to Bell to unlock it ? Is there any other...
