$55 6GB plan renewal + phone subsidy

So i'm sure this has been asked numerous times. Varying answers. But here's my question. I know it's pretty much impossible to get a full subsidy on a $55 plan. But let's say I want to renew my $55 6gb plan for 2years. Could I still get a $250 subsidy?
