Screen Protector Messed Up What to Do?

I had my iPhone5S in my bag which fell off a table and when I pulled it out the screen protector looked like this - Attachment 124879 (http://www.howardforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=124879) How can I fix this, should I get a new screen protector? Is the screen damaged?
