The U.S. State Department released a batch of 3,000 searchable documents (http://foia.state.gov/Search/Results.aspx?collection=Clinton_Email) formerly stored on the private hard drive and in a private email account (http://news.yahoo.com/emails-show-top-officials-aware-clintons-private-address-071054655--election.html) of Democratic Party presidential candidate and former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Among them: a fully redacted job description (http://www.desmogblog.com/sites/beta.desmogblog.com/files/International%20Energy%20Coordinator%3AAmbassador-at-Large%20Job%20Descripton%20Redacted.pdf) for State Department International Energy Coordinator/Diplomat-At-Large.

Goldwyn, as revealed in a Mother Jones article by Mariah Blake, headed up the State Department's Global Shale Gas Initiative (http://m.state.gov/md146249.htm) as the leader of the Bureau of Energy Resources, where he "sold fracking to the world (http://www.motherjones.com/environment/2014/09/hillary-clinton-fracking-shale-state-department-chevron)." A biography for Goldwyn (http://www.desmogblog.com/sites/beta.desmogblog.com/files/David%20Goldwyn%20Description.pdf) that appears to have come from the job application process for the position was also released by the State Department.
The job description document was whited out because it fell under the B(5) "deliberative process privilege (http://www.justice.gov/oip/foia-guide-2004-edition-exemption-5)," a controversial rationale (http://www.openthegovernment.org/sites/default/files/Amy%20FOIA%20Testimony%20FINAL.pdf) used by the federal government to redact large chunks of emails and other documents. The use of the B(5) exemption has exploded (https://nsarchive.wordpress.com/2014/03/27/the-next-foia-fight-the-b5-withold-it-because-you-want-to-exemption/) under the Obama Administration.
