Dealing with phone spam

I don't get many actual phone calls these days, but of the ones I do I'd say 80% are phone scams. For the past several months it's robocalls claiming to be from Air Canada. Before that, from Marriott. Since they use a new number each time a simple block isn't effective. Is there any effective...
