Putin Rejects U.N. Tribunal for Downed Malaysian Jet

Vladimir V. Putin has spoken out against calls for a United Nations tribunal to investigate the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over eastern Ukraine last year that killed 298 people.
