I've been with Rogers for almost 20 years and for the last 2 years I cringe everytime I want to upgrade my phone or have to deal with them. As, I've been with them so long and am a heavy user I've always received loyalty credits and perks like the 6gb data 'special'. I usually upgrade my phone...
