Plans Would I be able to call retentions?

I'm currently with Mobilicity for my phone, and just started with Telus on my iPad. If, a few months from now, I decide to port over, would retentions be at all likely to offer me anything for a good phone plan (better than public plans)? I technically am a Telus customer... Just not in any greatly...
