Summertime means ice cream, and especially now that it is August there's really nothing better to eat on a hot day.
But do you really want to go through the hassle of making it yourself? Jessi Singh of Babu Ji believes there doesn't have to be any hassle at all if you follow his recipe for kulfi. Kulfi is a traditional Indian ice cream dessert that is simple to make and incredibly refreshing. Once you have your first one you'll make them all summer long!
