Moderator Megyn Kelly asked Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at Thursday night's Republican debate in Cleveland whether his stance on reproductive rights -- supporting a ban on all abortions with no exceptions for rape, incest or to save the life of the mother -- is too conservative.
"Well, I'm pro-life, I've always been pro-life," Walker began, saying he believes his positions are in line with those of most Republicans.
He added that he had cut funding for Planned Parenthood (http://www.nationaljournal.com/healthcare/wisconsin-cuts-funds-to-planned-parenthood-20110626) "more than four years ago," contrasting himself with Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who "has a radical position of support for Planned Parenthood."
