Bell seems to be aggressively updating their coverage map. So I check up on it once and awhile. Now it seems like they aren't advertising DC-HSPA+ anymore, plus they've updated their HSPA+ coverage (I guess) to be a bit more accurate showing the no signal areas. I've been noticing their adding...
