Today's meditation features a recording of the Hanuman Chalisa (https://youtu.be/sX2bYV6nSy4), a Hindu devotional hymn, by singer and composer Shekhar Ravjiani. Recitation of the hymn is believed to bestow the god Hanuman's divine traits upon the chanter.
