Reese Witherspoon may have just posted the throwback photo to end all throwback photos.
The 39-year-old shared a childhood photo of herself posing with her former cheerleading squad (https://instagram.com/p/6VPeLwChdt/?taken-by=reesewitherspoon) on Instagram Thursday, and it's amazing. A young Reese is seen standing on the shoulders of two girls, hands outstretched to the side with a huge smile on her face. She's a picture-perfect American girl.
She captioned the photo, " #TBT to my days as a proud General #cheernation#firstsquad #lilgeneral." It's the best:

Earlier on Thursday, the "Hot Pursuit" star shared a tribute to Uggie, the famous dog from "The Artist," (https://instagram.com/p/6TA-5bihaX/?taken-by=reesewitherspoon) who died at the age of 13 late last week. Witherspoon worked with the adorable pup on "Water for Elephants."
