OK, this is why the ladies love him.
Daniel Craig (http://start.westnet.ca/newstempch.php?article=news/daniel-craig/) has portrayed James Bond (http://www.cnn.com/2015/09/01/entertainment/daniel-craig-bond-spectre-feat/)for around 10 years now, and when reflecting on his run as Agent 007 (http://start.westnet.ca/newstempch.php?article=2012/10/02/james-bond-50th-anniversary-best-007_n_1932777.html), the actor told Esquire (http://www.esquire.co.uk/culture/film-tv/8782/daniel-craig-interview/) he would like one thing to come across:
Hopefully my Bond is not as sexist and misogynistic as [earlier incarnations]. The world has changed. I am certainly not that person. But he is, and so what does that mean? It means you cast great actresses and make the parts as good as you can for the women in the movies.
Craig is definitely not Bond in real life. In fact, the actor, who's married to actress Rachel Weisz (http://start.westnet.ca/newstempch.php?article=news/daniel-craig-rachel-weisz/) and has an adult daughter, doesn't even think he'd like to hang out with the guy.
“I don’t know if I’d like to spend too much time with him,” Craig told Esquire, adding that as an actor portraying Bond he tries not to judge him.
Over the years, Bond's sexual exploits have been well-documented in everything from lists counting down the hottest Bond girls (http://www.fandango.com/movie-photos/top-40-countdown-the-hottest-bond-girls-42) to infographics showing all the women 007 "sexed up," (http://www.nextmovie.com/blog/james-bond-sex-infographic/) but perhaps there has been a shift in the character since the Craig regime began.

At 50, Monica Bellucci (http://start.westnet.ca/newstempch.php?article=2015/02/23/monica-bellucci-bond-woman_n_6738496.html) is set to star in the film as the oldest Bond girl (http://www.etonline.com/movies/160349_monica_bellucci_is_the_oldest_james_bond_gi rl_woman/) ever. (Sorry, it's Bond woman.) And the actress didn't attempt to hide her surprise when she got the role. She told The Sunday Times (http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/uk_news/Arts/article1522292.ece?CMP=OTH-gnws-standard-2015_02_22) her first thought was, "How can I be a Bond girl at 50?" adding, "Do I have to replace Judi Dench?”
