Just got word that Bell is re-launching their online unlocking tool. To access it, log into your MyBell/MyAccount online and go to "My Device". If it's been less than 90 days since you cancelled you'll see a "Unlock Device" link instead. The tool is only for "low risk customers". You CAN'T...
