Rogers $65/10GB

I'm on the SK $65 10GB plan and I have a Saskatchewan phone number with a 306 area code. I don't call much or text so I use mainly data. I got it while I was visiting family in Saskatchewan but I live in Ontario. This is fine, right? Or can they take it away?
