iPhone 5S Wifi Calling

I downloaded the beta version of iOS 9 yesterday. I expected to see the option for wifi calling under the phone section as I had read it was available for AT&T users now. It is not there. Is it only for the iPhone 6? I have a 5S and was led to believe it would work for me as well. Am I missing...
