Bell, Wi-Fi calling, and iPhone 6

So the word on the street seems to be that Bell is going to offer iOS Wi-Fi Calling, but only on the 6S/6S Plus. As the owner of an unlocked 6 (but Bell still thinks I have a 5), I guess I am mildly concerned about this. And how are they going to be able to activate it only on 6Ss? Isn't it a...
