Once the breeze starts to feel brisk, it's time to make a big ol' batch of chili. This hearty stew is quintessential cold-weather food. It's warm and comforting, begs to be loaded with toppings (like cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream) and it's easy to eat on the couch.
The nice thing about chili is that there's no one right way to make it.
