iPhone5s Camera Screen is BLACK

I was out shopping when I dropped my phone, face down, and since then, I noticed the camera app opens, but the camera is black, nothing is appearing on the other side of the camera screen. BUT the front facing camera does work and take photos, video etc. How can I get the rear back camera working...
