Can iPhone 6S Create Multiple Profiles?

Like on a computer? Want to create a locked down kid profile so a kid can't move icons around, change settings, delete or install stuff Or is there a way to pass code protect those actions, whenever someone wants to move an icon or whatever it asks for a passcode. I know about Restrictions...
