Question about selling iphone after renewing 2 yr contract

I am with AT&T plan on buying 2 iphone 6s's with the subsidy by renewing my 2 yr contract on 2 lines. Since AT&T is ending 2 yr contract subsidies on 1/8 my plan is to sell them brand new to offset my future cost of upgrading my phones next year. I just want to make sure that I can do this. Does...
