Anyway around Bell $50-75 unlock fee for iPhone 6+?

So I bought a iPhone from someone and I kind of screwed up thinking I can unlock it using the $5 eBay services, but supposedly they can do many except Bell. Not sure why. Right now on a bell prepaid, called them up to have the phone unlocked and they want to charge a few. One guy said $75,...
