Rogers' Note5 already unlocked?

Can anyone please check/confirm if Rogers' Note5 already came unlocked? I've tried with Fido on my Note5, and I was able to use it with no problem. But the thing is, Fido is a part of Rogers' family. If someone can try this with other carrier and post the results here would be much appreciated.
