World Briefing: Bosnia-Herzegovina: Application to European Union Is Nearly Ready

Dragan Covic, chairman of the three-member presidency, said that the formal application would be handed over on Feb. 15 and that by then Bosnia would try to have fulfilled the last two preconditions.
