When Kabira Stokes, the founder of Isidore Recycling (http://forums.calgaryn.com/Insidore Recycling), considered the vast threat electronic waste poses to our environment, she saw an opportunity to galvanize the force of unemployed ex-cons. In the video above, watch Stokes explain how her organization is giving people who've come out of the prison system a second chance by employing them to recycle.
