anyone ever do a Rogers Service Assurance request?

I've always had poor cell service in my area (not boonies), i recently complained and the tech support guy put in a Rogers Enterprise Service Assurance ticket (business account). Anyone ever do one of these? I dont expect them to do much about my spotty service. I am hoping if they can confirm...
