iPhone 5 earphones: how do you like them?

I was quite surprised by these earphones. The audio quality isn't as bad as I expected it to be. However, after a little while in my ears, my ears started to hurt from them. They are quite hard and as such, I can't see myself wearing them for very long. I think I will stick with my Ebay...
