Turn current plan into share plan?

I'm looking to either add my phone to a share plan with my wife's, or use the possibility as leverage for negotiations with Rogers. Can I get a basic plan ~$50 with Bell (for the discount on a new phone) and combine it into a share plan with my wife's existing minutes and data buckets? ...
