I want to unlock a Blackberry to give to a friend of mine that needs a phone to use. The Q10 is currently locked to Telus right now, but I notice that the eBay prices for Rogers/Fido unlocks are half the price of Telus and Bell. Does it matter what carrier it's locked to and auction item I pick?
