First Draft: Obama Will Travel to Chicago to Press Case for Merrick Garland

President Obama will appear at the University of Chicago Law School, where he once taught constitutional law, and will no doubt use the lecture to point out that both he and the Senate have defined constitutional roles to play when it comes to the court.
