Tennis superhero Serena Williams wants to show you how to take over for the '99 and the 2000 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WL2txMU50CI).
In a series of Snapchat clips that emerged online Tuesday, the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year (http://www.si.com/sportsperson/2015/12/14/serena-williams-si-sportsperson-year) took a break from reportedly filming a commercial (http://thegrio.com/2016/04/07/serena-williams-twerking-video-tutorial/) to teach the fundamentals of how to properly twerk in a short tutorial.
"Squeeze the glutes and engage the quads, take a wide stance... and slowly slide down," Williams playfully instructs.
The fun continues when a few guests join her twerkout session, including a middle-aged man who pretends to blow out his back.
Don't hurt 'em, girl!
