problems deleting music from both phone and itunes

If I'm listening to a song that's either corrupted or I just don't like the sound quality, I delete it from the iPhone. Then during my next sync, iTunes re-installs the song back onto the phone. I know that I could go into iTunes and just uncheck the box next to the song (that would be the easy...
