Unlocked iPhone on Bell (and question about unlocking)

Hoping to get my hands on an unlocked iPhone, since my handset got lost or stolen and I'm unfortunately not eligible for a subsidized hardware upgrade again. Thinking being that if I'm paying full price, unlocked is the way to go. Will any unlocked 5 work with Bell? Second question is about...
