Tested with Wind Mobile Manually went to Cellular (settings) Chose highest speed as 3G instead of LTE Tap to Select network manually, and selected Wind Home Voila...few seconds later, got full signal, registered on Wind Home, and made a few test calls! See screenshots below. Attachment...
