Battery suddenly draining very rapidly

My iPhone 4 battery has started draining almost a percentage point every few minutes! A month ago, I'd be down to 60% after a normal day's use, more if I played a game. I was not playing a game. I turned off almost all notifications and wifi. What's next? Genius Bar ? In addition, my speaker...
