I was considering buying a new phone outright but just realized that I can't spec a 10% discounted plan on their website anymore. Is this discount gone? Alternately who else offers the best bring your own device plan if I want cd,vm,unlimited text, nationwide 10, E/W, 500mb. Been with bell...
